Goal: How will the
implementation of the flipped classroom model increase student achievement
and understanding of course content in a seventh grade ELA class at La Vernia
Junior High? Will the flipped classroom model
contribute to a higher percentage of students achieving commended status on
the state assessment?

I find your research project very interesting. I had never heard of a flipped classroom until beginning this class. I have always in the elementary grades so maybe that is why. Your plan looks very thorough to me and well thought out. It has made me want to look more into flipped classrooms myself to see if it would be something that would benefit my advanced classes.
ReplyDeleteYour plan looks very elaborate and easy to follow! It makes me want to go back and revise mine a lotlle bit more to include more details! Very nice!
ReplyDeleteBrandi,
ReplyDeleteYour plan looks great! When you assess the students after utilizing the flipped classroom lesson, do you plan on using a specific TEKS-based assessment since you are comparing STAAR results in the end?
